The best way bring happiness and love is
to open your eyes to goodness, beauty and abundance. Properly nourish your mind,
spirit and body in order to stay healthy, both mentally and physically.
To bring happiness and dispel negative
feelings:
In
a darkened room light three white tea light candles. While wearing your amulet close your eyes, relax and breathe deeply
for a few moments. When you feel that your emotions are stilled imagine the problem
at hand that is keeping you from emotional happiness. Visualize the problem
and mentally let it go as you chant “I am releasing this problem; I am
ready to move on”
When
you feel ready, then chant the following:
Breathing
in I am a mountain
Breathing
out I am a strong wind
Breathing
in I see myself as powerful
Breathing
out I am free
Repeat
daily as needed.
An
excellent charm to carry with you during a period of negative feelings is a black velvet bag containing a lapis lazuli crystal
and a small piece of lemon peel. Lapis helps focus power towards your magical
intention and lemon has an uplifting effect on the psyche. Replace the lemon
peel daily or use lemon peel powder.
Many
feel that going through life with a wonderful partner is an important key to happiness.
Take a white candle and a needle. Thread the wick of the candle through
the needle. In a darkened room light the candle and let the wick burn through
the needle. As it does chant the following spell over the candle:
Oh
Power to be
Hear
my prayer to thee
Bring
a man who loves me to me
Make
him a man I can love in return
One
who will bring great joy and happiness to my life
And
I will pray to you always with gratitude.
Repeat
this spell once daily for seven days and leave yourself open to all possibilities.
The
following is a spell to lift your feelings – especially after an unexpected disappointment.
Take
rose petals (it doesn’t matter which color as long as they are not red) and strewn them over the floor of an area in
which you feel safe and comfortable.
Take
off your shoes and either walk through the rose petals or run your toes through them – which ever is more comfortable
for you.
As
you do this chant the following:
Leave
me bad feelings,
Leave
me alone.
Let
me know happiness
Let
me know peace
And
let me be free.
Free
from bad feelings
And
free from uncertainty
I
am strong and I am free
Now
light a white candle, chant this spell once more while staring into the candle and imagine your worries dissolving and floating
away.
Afterwards,
gather the rose petals. If you can find an adder stone, a stone with a natural
perforation, wrap the stone and the rose petals in a square of green silk. Tie
the square of green silk with a white ribbon and carry with you as a protective charm against the return of the feelings of
disappointment.
