aromatic seasoning for cooking Thyme is antiseptic and inhaled it loosens congestion. Modern cough medicines and

Echinacea is a cone shaped flower that is a well known herb used to shorten
cold symptoms. It's most popular use in is teas. However, 15 - 30 drops are also recommended mixed in water for
relief from cold and flu symptoms. Echinacea also reduces itching and pain from mosquito bites. Prepare a tincture of
1 part echinacea to 5 parts water. Apply to the bites three times a day until the bite disappears.
