The Heart Chakra is the chakra of love and compassion located in the upper center of your chest in the middle of the
sternum. It is the bridge between the mind and the body. When our heart chakra is out of balance it is difficult to have
any of our other chakras in balance. The Heart Chakra represents both love and hate. In order to love and have good relationships we need to have
