To achieve true happiness our lives must be balanced.  Our body must be nourished, our mind must be calm and our spirit must be pure.  Using crystal energy is one way to clear imbalances in the mind, body and spirit.
 
Crystals have long been recognized for their healing properties and are an excellent holistic compliment to other therapies. 
 
The chakras are listed below.  To achieve true balance each chakra should be in harmony.   Suggestions for crystals are listed with each chakra.

1. Root (Base) - the chakra of physical energy located between  your legs just below your torso.  Crystals used: Bloodstone, Carnelian,  Garnet, Hematite and Tiger's Eye.

2. Sacral - the chakra of sexual expression located below your naval. Crystals used: Carnelian, Citrine, Moonstone, Rutilated Quartz, Tiger's Eye.

3. Solar Plexus - the chakra of personal power located in the center of your body.  Crystal used: Aventurine, Citrine, Malachite and Rose Quartz.

4. Heart - the chakra of love and compassion located in the upper center of your chest.  Crystals used:  Aventurine, Emerald, Jade and Rose Quartz.

5. Throat - the chakra of communication and speech located at the dip in your throat.  Crystals used: Aquamarine, Blue Agate, Blue Lace Agate, Lapis Lazuli and Turquoise.

6. Third eye (Brow) - the chakra of psychic power, intuition and mental thought located in the middle of the forehead.  Crystals used: Amethyst, Fluorite, Lapis Lazuli and Sodalite.

7. Crown - the chakra of overall change and cosmic energy located just above the top of the head.  Crystals used: Amethyst,  Clear Quartz and Jade.  (based on individual needs Vivienne sometimes uses Ocean Jasper also).
